Still here, still sick. Her temp was 99.4 before naptime, and she woke up mad … crying for about 45 minutes. But then it was like she felt better and is now playing happily. She and I colored for a while, counted crayons, went through our colors, and she laughed a lot.
However, she is still not eating or drinking much at all. She drank about 1/4 of one of those RTF Pedialyte sports bottles, and we’ve gotten SMALL amounts of rice/chicken, bananas, raisins, and milk in her tummy today. Other than that, I don’t know how she’s not totally screaming from hunger.
I emptied and cleaned out my Maxwell House coffee container, and now she is putting her toys in it, taking them out, throwing them, rounding them all up, putting them back in it, ad nauseum. Whatever makes her happy, ya know? This actually works GREAT because it has the handle so she can carry it around.
