You’re probably tired of seeing Emma in the snow, but this was her first time, and we had so much fun!
This is actually the evening it started snowing, so there wasn’t much accumulation, and it was really coming down as we were outside.
This is unlike any snow I’ve ever seen … 3 days later, it’s still here! And not just in small places — our backyard is still about 1/2 full of snow. I know all of you northerners/Canadians are going, “Yeah? So?” But this is just soooo different for us. New and exciting.
However.
I am not fond of the 25 degree weather. I feel like crawling inside my skin and taking a nap until it’s gone.
see more wordful wednesday posts here (and don’t just read her blog today … read it every day – she’s fun!)
Oh oh OH! Ken moved my blog over to a new server last night, and my “save drafts” function works now!! So I can get rid of the 428 post-its I have stuck all over the place with blog post ideas. Wheee! Thank you, honey!

What cute pictures and Emma still loving her “splashing boots”. How great that since we rarely have such snow here, that little Emma gets to see (and really enjoy) one before she is two years old. The look on that precious little face is priceless!
Oh, how precious! You have a beautiful family!
It looks like spring it here, yay!
Great pictures – I’m glad she got to play in snow. I think it’s something everyone should experience at least once in their life. I’m so ready for the warmer weather too.
Emma looks like she really loved it!
Hehe, I admit I was going “Yeah so?” :) I didn’t realise you guys don’t see snow that often… We “missed” Christmas this year because we were snowed in; there was so much snow that in some places it came up to our wastes…
Psst, Emma! Freddy says snow tastes really good, just don’t eat the yellow one! ;)
I think the pictures are absolutely wonderful!
