Our washer smells like mildew.
Even when there are no clothes in there.
Eww.
I Googled “washer stinks mildew” and got a plethora of solutions, but the one that seemed to come out on top was baking soda in the wash & vinegar in the rinse. I am running a load of baking soda & bleach {because I’m a southern girl, and we use bleach about as much as we drink sweet tea} with a cup of vinegar in the rinse cycle.
If this doesn’t work, I’m going to quit doing laundry.
And my husband will just have to go back to wearing athletic shorts under his pants due to not having any clean boxers.
And Emma will just wear dishtowels instead of her cloth diapers.
Oh yeah, Beth over at I Should Be Folding Laundry mentioned my blog and used the word “poetic.”

Ummmmmm yeah. She’s changed her mind right about now — that is, unless she finds a post about mildew and my husband’s underwear poetic.
