- I was asked to be a guest contributor on I ♥ Faces. I’ve known about this for a couple of weeks, and I have been DYING to tell y’all!! This is only one of my most favorite blogs EVER, and I almost peed my pants when I got the email from Amy. I literally squeeeeee!‘d.
It was kind of embarrassing.
My first post went up today – using Flickr to improve your photography, which I posted about on here a little while ago. I am so unbelievably honored and flattered that they would ask me to share anything on their blog!
Oh yeah! If you’re visiting from I ♥ Faces {HI!! I don’t usually use this many exclamation points.}, I forgot to put in my post that if you are on Flickr, I would LOVE to be your friend. I mean, if you want to. No pressure.
- I am also a huge fan of Shutter Sisters, and they have monthly one word projects to help inspire you. This month’s theme is home, and so far, I’ve had two images chosen as their photo of the day.

I saw your post on i Heart Faces and recognized your picture of you beside your sweet sleeping daughter. I didn’t realize you were the writer and I thought, “Aw … she used that picture from twelve paws … so cute!” Then, of course, I realized it was you writing.

That was a great post on iheartfaces. I spent the afternoon on flickr and then went out and practiced sun flare photography! You inspired me.

Okay, so I’m not the most observant person, so I started reading my email from iheartfaces, and suddenly saw your cute bench shot with your daughter. I was all “Hey! That’s Keli! How’d they pick that shot???” Yeah. Your name was at the top of the article. I skipped right over that.
