This week is all about PINK over at I ♥ Faces … in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month & in honor of those who have fought against this horrible disease.
I do have a sister-in-law who fought last year and WON! She is doing very well today, and if there’s one thing she taught me through it, it was to never stop living life. She wasn’t one to sit around and mope about what she was going through – she faced it bravely and kept doing her thing. She kept a positive blog, and every time I spoke to her, I was blown away at how strong she was.
I think … no, I know that is one of the reasons she beat it.
And my Aunt Sandra, who has fought it TWICE and WON both times! She is a pillar of strength and grace. Married to a full-time missionary in North Dakota, she doesn’t have the luxury of sitting around. She works and works hard. And yet, she still kicked cancer’s butt.
So in honor of Sheri and Sandra, here’s a little reminder (in pink) to grab life by the horns.
Live life & live it big!
When it rains, don’t stay inside and stare out the window … GO JUMP IN THE PUDDLES!
Go see the other amazing pink images over at I ♥ Faces – but grab some Kleenexes first.

Yes! Yes! Yes! You said it so well with your photo and your words! Great entry. What a cutie!
Kudos to your sister-in-law who beat cancer and is now a survivor. Also, to your aunt, Sandra Sheridan, who beat it for the second time last year. Such admiration for these women and their strength.
What a great action shot! Love the subtle colors!
