Beautiful photograph!! (I don’t think I would be able to get such a good image at f1.8). Also, I love that dress/shirt of Emma’s – where did you get it?

First off, I want to say thank you for all the GREAT tips you gave me on my photo today. I am one that is so intimidated using manual mode, but I know I need to try. I have been on your blog and have learned so much from you already. Thank you for taking the time to do this, especially during such a busy time of the year. You work is beautiful!!

Gorgeous!
I can’t wait to get your presets. I have been playing around with lightroom a lot and love presets. It makes it faster and easier for me to quick edit a bunch and give them different effects. Your photos are always drool worthy though ;)

WOW! Thank you so much for playing around with my photo and for helping me with those tips. I’m still a beginner, and still in the early stages of trying to understand how shutter speed works with aperature. Definitely don’t have that down yet- it’s so darn confusing!!! So, I’ll have to go over your instructions again. I shot that one with a Pentax K100 earlier this year, and now have the Canon Xsi, so I don’t have the ISO 3200 option anymore. My Canon only goes up to 1600. Anyway, thanks a bunch for all your help! I love the final product!!!!! He looks even more beautimus! hee hee!!!

And I’m intrigued by your presets. I have lightroom but don’t know how to use it! lol. Sounds like something that would make my life easier. I’ll be on the lookout for them! yay!!!

oh holy man she is beautiful.

and camera stuff. *sigh* i’ve just received a WAY too nice camera and i refuse to even take it out of the box because i have absolute NO idea how to do one thing with it. the camera doesn’t even deserve to be held by me.

i do WANT to learn though, so i’m hoping i stopped being overwhelmed and figure something out. your pictures are beautiful!!
