When Beth asked me to host You Capture for the next two weeks, I gladly obliged. I love Beth, I love You Capture, and I love meeting new people – it’s a win win win!

But here’s the honest truth.
I hate feet.
Seriously, they really really gross me out.
With one exception. Baby feet.
Baby feet are awesome …
… but once the kid is old enough to start getting their feet dirty, then I’m kind of over it.
{Britney Spears barefoot in a gas station? Pretty much vomit-inducing for me.}
But … here I am. Opening my blog to an onslaught of feet.
Lots and lots and lots of feet.
Because that’s how much I love Beth. Lots and lots and lots.
So bring on the feet!

I hear you on the dirty feet. I had to scrub Luke’s in the tub tonight, then turn around and trim Tommy’s toenails (which is a wrestling match). I miss those little clean, compliant baby feet!

I’m not a huge fan of grown people feet either, which is why my photos are of my cat’s feet. : ) I was tempted to ask my friend to pose for me, she has the stubbiest little toes I’ve ever seen, but I don’t think she she wants her feet published on the internet. . hehe.

Those are perhaps the longest baby feet I’ve ever seen in that second picture! HA! These are great. There’s some baby feet at my place, so it’s okay for you to check ‘em out! ;-)
Oh, those are Emma’s! Her feet were hilariously long!
Feet pretty much gross me out too. The only exception for me is my children’s feet – those i love. My 18m old loves have me kiss her feet. She will put her foot in the air saying, “kiss. Kiss. Kiss peet!” Yes, she says peet for feet. And I love to kiss them – because her feet (and the feet of my other two children) I love. :)

Baby feet are the best.
I don’t mind feet so much as long as people take care of them. My cousin on the other hand, sits in the car when she takes my Grama to the foot Dr. I don’t know if she thinks people are just walking around the waiting room barefoot or what…

Now, I should have included a disclaimer on my post. (Maybe I’ll go back to put one on.) I’m SUPER neurotic about being barefoot in certain places. My own home-okay. Outdoors-okay. The beach-definitely. Dressing rooms-ugh. Locker rooms-UGH. Public bathrooms-DOUBLE UGH! I want to vomit thinking of Britney Spears barefoot in a gas station. But otherwise I don’t mind them much.

I have feet phobia too, but only when the 2nd toe is longer than the first one – ha ha! My husband has passed this “unslightly” gene on to 1 of my kids…but the other 2 have toes that go in order. LOL. ;-)

Oh my goodness, I hate all feet but baby feet too! (And now preschooler feet since my son is three). Actually whenever I was really stressed out by my babies, I would look at their feet. Because I loved them. And their feet reminded me between the crying and lack of sleep.
