99 days.

ninety. nine.

26 weeks 99 days

less than a hundred days until we get to meet this little girl.

the guest furniture has been moved out of HER room, and we have less than 100 days to paint, decorate, clean, organize, sell clothes, buy clothes, take our natural childbirthing class and prepare to go from one easy-to-tote-around kid to one easy-to-tote-around-kid and a newborn.

less than 100 days to get emma to give up her converted crib / toddler bed for a big-girl bed … which may be the biggest battle of all.

miss E doesn’t like change.

i have a sneaky feeling she’ll be okay once she meets her future best friend.

I can’t believe it!!!!
Emma will be fine! So will you….you will be so glad that Emma can do a good bit for herself, and toting around two is not so bad. :-) I’m so excited for you!

Yea!!! Beautiful girls.. it’s going to be so fun, I promise!
Just a suggestion on the bed issue… If you plan on having the new baby in your bedroom for awhile, you might wait to make any changes to Emma’s arrangements until after the baby is born. That way Emma can see the new baby and participate in “giving” her the crib. Something kind of magical happens with a big sister once the baby arrives and is real.. a sweet maternal instinct kinda kicks in… (or at least it happened that way with our family.)
xoxoxo to you and your family.
all the best!!

Congrats on the new little girl. I don’t believe I’ve been here since you announced the sex. You look incredible, girl! Can’t wait to meet the new little buggaboo.
