so I got an iPad from Ken a couple of weeks after I had Lucy. it wasn’t a “push present” … it was just a “thanks for having my baby and since you are breastfeeding and won’t be able to get out from under her for 6 months, here is something to keep you occupied” present.
he is sweet like that.
so since my laptop is still acting like it has serious PMS, I decided to post from the iPad today.
and since it is Insta-Friday, i am assuming this will be easy. ahem.

no. i have the original iPad w/o the camera … i take them with my android and then email them to my iPad to send to instagram. i know, that sounds ridiculous, but that’s why i’m usually posting 97 pictures to instagram at once b/c i’m editing them all at the same time. i just love the community on Instagram and prefer being able to catch up with everyone while also posting pictures. are you on there?
so do you have to have an i-something to use instagram? I just got a droid phone, but have no i-fancy-thing in our house

LOL!! it’s part of a 3-pack of Carter’s onesies at Target. now in 12-month sizes!! lucy sleeps most comfortably in onesies, so i have no idea what i’m going to do when she grows out of the 12-month size ;)

i have a TON. i have to be picky about what i share, obviously, but i try to keep them tasteful. but i have a lot of them b/c i want to remember it forever since i know i won’t be doing it forever. and i’m doggone proud of making it this long!! ;)
and you should be proud! I made it to 11.5 mo, 8 mo, and 7 mo with mine – always hoped for a year but was glad to do it while I could. The last one got short changed b/c of biting – mama’s nips couldn’t take it! Love the sweetness in your pics :) hope this coming week is TONS and TONS better for ya!

thanks so much, tobi!!! i was most definitely held hostage there for a while!! it’s so funny how they take SO MUCH out of you, you feel like it’s going to last forever, and then before you know it, they’re crawling and getting into everything.
Ohmigoodness they are getting SO BIG! And even more adorable every day! Those are some cute pictures too. I’m really starting to get into funky photos using grunge/junk lenses and I’m going gaga over some toy digitals I really want. I only just recently discovered them and it’s like whole new vistas of possibility are opening before my eyes. #i’mageek

Love the pictures! The one of Emma in her goggles is my favorite, with Lucy the Giraffe a close second. But really all I can think is, “Wow, she lets you type WHILE you’re nursing?! Go, Lucy!” I’m lucky if Mackenzie lets me check my email or Twitter on my phone. Distracto-baby. :)
depends on what kind of nursing it is … if it’s first-morning meal, then she is alllll about the boob. but the ones during the day are mixed. if i’m on the iPad or my phone, she does fling her arm around to try to hit it. ;)
Brian got me Season One and Season Two of “Angel” on dvd so I’d have something to do while I nursed Jayce as a baby :)
