Remember how I worried about Lucy before Henry arrived? Because she’s such a momma’s girl and is so attached to me?
Well ……..
… I had nothing to worry about.
I mean, I didn’t think that she’d punch him or step on him or choke him or anything like that. I just didn’t know how she would react to having him in “her” space [aka, my lap]. But she has adjusted so well, and I usually spend the majority of my day telling her not to kiss him so much.
I can’t wait to see how their relationship develops over time.

I love seeing your Instagram pics, etc. I bet he and Lucy will be closer than Lucy and Emma…just simply because of the age difference, maybe? So cute. I definitely remember having to tell Andrew not to squeeze Reese too hard or smooch all over his face so much, he just loved him so much he wanted to squeeeeeeze him! Hope I can get up there sometime soon to meet the rest of your clan. :-)

I’m so happy that she loves her baby brother so much. Maybe during your pregnancy she was sitting on your lap so much to be close to Henry.

You will not be able to separate these two their entire life. I was going to say they will be inseparable but I’m not sure how to spell it. You can see the love in Lucy’s eyes.
Ha! This was my oldest two, also girl then boy, and 21 months apart. They are 4 and 6 now, and each others’ favorite person in the world. They do everything together. Your home is blessed!
